Service Description
In the comfort of your own home, a visit from me enables you to gain insight into better understanding your pet. Seeing your pet in their home environment allows me to witness their behavior firsthand and quickly interpret the messages they’re giving about their surroundings. I offer all services as home visits, and in particular, initial behaviour assessments benefit from me witnessing first hand the issues you are experiencing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Missed Appointments You must pay for sessions in full before they begin; these payments are refundable up to 48 hours' prior to the start of your session. Additionally, I request 48 hours’ notice (2 days) before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. I begin working with your pet a few days before the start of your session. If you arrive late for your scheduled session, we will continue for the rest of the originally scheduled time-slot. If you arrive more than15 minutes late, I will consider the session canceled and no refunds are provided.
